| Order information: To order, Click on :ORDERS and tell us what it is you would like. all you have to send us is the Carving number, Trellis Name or Mountainman Supply Item Number and we will email back the appropriate questions. No hassles and no misunderstandings Please remember that the pictures on this site of the Dolls and Carvings are to give you an idea of the true quality of the product and to give us an idea of what you want. If you want one just like the picture, we will do our best to copy it but it will not be an exact copy. Not to worry though, We always email a set of pictures and a complete description of your item to you when it is finished and you can see it for yourself and approve it before it is shipped. Our lead time on the Ironwork or the carvings is about 10 working days. Our Trellisworks orders normally ship with-in 7 days. We ship everything under 40lbs. USPS Priority.
